Make sure your internet connection and Bluetooth are activated. You must also be near the lock to be able to log in and open it. The LED flashes green when you are successfully connected to the Sharelock.
You can also check that the desired lock is “available” (visible and open in the app), otherwise, you cannot connect to it.
It still does not work ? We advise you to try with another lock nearby. You can then let us know via the button below that the lock is defective.
