Make sure your internet connection and Bluetooth are activated. You must also be near the lock to be able to log in and open it. The LED flashes green when you are successfully connected to the Sharelock and when you open it, it stays green and stops flashing.
If the opening process takes too long, you can close the application and open it again. Be sure to refresh the plan. You can then try again to open the lock.
It still does not work? We advise you to try with another lock nearby. You can then let us know via the button below that the lock is defective.
